Joining the dynamic Global Content Team, you will drive our central editorial vision in tandem with another Global Content Partner. This is a high-impact, senior role responsible for unifying the Malt narrative across Europe. Your goal is to establish Malt as the undisputed authority on the Future of Work and Tech/AI through sophisticated, data-driven storytelling that resonates with C-suite audiences from London to Berlin.
Key responsibilities âš

Flagship Editorial Ownership: Lead the end-to-end production of our "Big Rock" reports, including Malt Tech Trends (MTT), Freelancing in Europe (FIE), and the Freelance Maturity Report (FMR).

Strategic Storytelling: Shape the global editorial voice by crafting compelling narratives and thought leadership pieces that position Malt leaders at the forefront of industry transformation.

Multimedia Innovation: Move beyond traditional formats to produce a rich portfolio of branded content, including podcasts, webinars, mini-sites, and hybrid digital experiences.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Mastery: Act as a key bridge between teams. Collaborate with Communications on PR, and partner with Product/Marketing to transform customer testimonials into powerful success stories.

Sales Enablement: Donât just create contentâensure itâs used. You will lead sales training sessions to empower our commercial teams with the insights and data found within your editorial pieces.

Pan-European Orchestration: Ensure a cohesive strategy across borders, managing the global production, rollout, and activation of campaigns for maximum local relevance and ROI.

AI & Efficiency: Proactively harness Generative AI tools to automate workflows and enhance writing efficiency, maintaining a "test and learn" mindset to keep our strategy at the cutting edge.
About you đ§âđ

Experience: 8+ years in Content Strategy and Writing, preferably within the Tech, HR, or Consulting sectors (Agency, Media, or In-house). You are a strong senior profile comfortable navigating complex organizations.

Stakeholder Management: You are an expert at managing multiple stakeholders, from C-suite executives to regional marketing managers, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Analytical Mindset: You donât just write; you measure. You have a mastery of SEO tools, content performance tracking, and a rigorous focus on ROI.

AI Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in the evolving AI landscape and a "test and learn" attitude toward integrating new technologies into the creative process.

Education: High-level degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Languages: Native-level English is mandatory. Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish is a significant asset given our footprint.Â

- First call with Claudia Ferrand, our Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
- Interview with your future manager, Raphaëlle Béguinel, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
- Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Raphaëlle, Lauréline Tansini, and Ernesto in order to assess your technical skills.
- Final interview with Carla Lopez, Maltâs CMO, to discuss Maltâs long-term vision
