As part of the Global Account Management Team, you will join the Global Account Management team. This area plays a central role in Malt's plan to accelerate our growth. Ensure the local deployment, adoption, and growth of global enterprise accounts within Spain.

Key responsibilities ✨

Account Development & Expansion: You will develop global accounts in Spain with a main focus on the pharmaceutical industry. You will map new teams, departments, and use cases while running structured local prospection to detect and capture new expansion opportunities.

Stakeholder Engagement: You are responsible for identifying and engaging key country stakeholders, including HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers.

Pilot & Project Support: You will support pilots and first projects directly to ensure their successful adoption within the client organization.

Business Reviews & Strategic Insights: You will prepare and deliver business reviews with the support of the Head of Global. Additionally, you will provide critical country-specific insights for RFPs, constraints, use cases, and stakeholders.

Pipeline & CRM Discipline: You will maintain a high-quality pipeline by consistently updating your CRM and MEDDIC data.

Operational Excellence & Coordination: You will ensure smooth coordination with local MSP/vendor contacts, monitor performance, and escalate issues impacting delivery. You will also surface risks quickly to resolve operational issues.

Commercial Experience: You are an experienced professional with a university degree or comparable education and hold 3+ years of experience in a B2B commercial role, such as an account manager or sales engineer. Ideally, you have thrived in recruitment (staffing, IT personnel services), SaaS, or IT & services.

Relationship-Driven & Client-Centric: You are curious, thoughtful, and passionate about understanding client needs in depth. You genuinely enjoy developing existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Consultative Solution Crafting: Your strong networking skills help you deepen relationships within existing client organizations and identify organic opportunities for expansion. You quickly grasp client objectives to craft and propose optimal solutions that align with a consultative, partnership-oriented sales cycle.

Fluent Communicator & Negotiator: You are a fluent communicator and a sharp negotiator in both Spanish and English, allowing you to effortlessly engage and influence diverse stakeholders.

Interview with the team manager, including the evaluation of a business case, in order to assess your technical skills while diving deeper into your experience and the specifics of the role. (60 minutes).

Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
