At Malt we believe that Ambition is the Way, so all lists of missions and responsibilities are non-exhaustive.
-Qualifying/refining the needs expressed by large account clients, challenging them using sector and function knowledgeEnsuring a fine tuned search for profiles on the platform and other internal matching solutions (hunting outside our platform is rare!)
-Qualifying profiles and delivering the best ones to the client with a compelling argument inside clear business proposals
-Advising and supporting the consultants and the client in the recruitment phase.
-Encouraging and guiding clients to be more autonomous on the Malt marketplace, similar to what a CSM would do.
-Participating in the closing process in collaboration with the Key Account Manager
-Proposing improvements to processes and methods
You have at least 2 years of successful recruiting / sales experience in a similar and rapidly growing environmentYou know how to build a network and how to recruit the right candidates for projects with customersIdeally you have worked in a fast-growing B2B environment, such as SaaS or an agency and managed major client accountsYou are data-driven and sales-oriented and enjoy working directly with sales teamsYou love challenges and are looking for new ways to continuously improveYour English skills are good to very goodYou are a native Spanish speakerAnd your karaoke level isn't bad either! đ€Malt is the perfect space to thrive personally and professionally đ«
