Key responsibilities âš
Analyzing Sales Performance: You'll design and maintain dashboards to track key sales metrics, identify trends, and provide recommendations to various leadership levels.
Forecasting & Planning: You'll contribute to accurate sales forecasts and support our quarterly and yearly planning processes, including territory and quota setting.
Optimizing Processes: You'll analyze the sales funnel to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline our sales operations.
Ensuring Data Quality: You'll support efforts to maintain the accuracy and integrity of our sales data in our CRM and other systems.About you đ§âđ
Ideally, Masterâs degree in a quantitative field+3 years of experience as a data analyst in a fast-paced and quantitative environment (start-up, scale-up, consultingâŠ) You consider yourself a full-stack data analyst: You write SQL perfectly, you know how to work with ETLs, youâve been using data modelization tools such as dbt, you can write simple Python scripts⊠You are also very comfortable in using data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase, TableauâŠ)Strong communication (written and oral), presentation-building and storytelling skillsYou have good business acumen, but you also enjoy leveraging technology to find solutions to problems Youâre fluent in English and FrenchHow to join the mission? đ
